This week I had the pleasure of a delicious lunch at my friend Sue's biodynamic farm – Turtle Barn Farm.
Sue still has winter lettuce to pick.
We were each given a bowl to go out and pick our own lunch! What fun!
The leaves were so tender and beautiful!
Roasted chestnuts on my salad? Oh how yummy!
