Thanks for sharing so many child centered activities ?
This is amazing!! I absolutely love it!! I am teaching the 5-6 age group next year and I would love to learn more! Please could you help me?
Is there a way to pin this page onto Pinterest?
Good question! I will ask my tech team!!
This looks amazing. So inspiring!!! But where do the children eat and take naps?
They eat family style at the tables. And they have mats they put down on the floor for naps!
Thank you so much for sharing photos of this magnificent classroom. I do agree with others as it is so magical. I absolutely loved that there is so much learning being done with the children’s writing being shown in so many places. I have been inspired and would love to share some of these ideas with my team. Great way to start the year off!
Your classroom is beautiful and meaningful in so many ways! Do you make all your charts each year with the children or do you save work from previous classes? It seems like a lot to create it all every year-m, but I can see how it could be the main learning that the children are experiencing as they create their classroom together.
Yes, the class took ownership and the children loved being able to choose the materials and mediums. Sometimes a class liked to “gift” a creation to the next class!
So i just wondered how she gets the children to do the hand written signs at age 3 to 4? Do they copy it from something she has written first?
Thank you for sharing. This room is rich in Literacy.
Thanks for sharing. The room looks beautiful and so calm.
